We believe after-school time is too valuable to waste on uninspiring activities or unreliable providers. It's the moment in the day where children get to explore, discover, and grow beyond the curriculum – and we've built everything around making that happen, every week, without fail.

I couldn't ignore those questions. And the more I looked, the more I realised nobody was really solving them.
I was one of the lucky few who found my thing early. Not just because I discovered fencing, but because I had a coach who showed up every week, prepared, and gave me something consistent to grow into. That combination took me to Commonwealth and World Championship medals and around the world representing Team GB.
Most children never get that coach, that consistency, or that chance.
So we built Three Thirty - a programme that gives every school a full range of specialist clubs, and every child a genuine shot at discovering what lights them up.
